CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the booked service. To maintain appointment quality, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be unable to be accommodated and will be charged as a late cancellation.
